The 0ne Acre site was redeveloped into a 12,894sf retail store. The site has 27,700sf of asphalt parking. Problems on the site included a lack of drainage and a flat site. These problems were resolved by the design of a storm drainage connection to the City Storm drain and the use of elliptical CMP pipe to economically provide the required detention storage in the limited space available.
Project: Budget Auto Tire Shop

Completion: 2009
The Budget Auto Tire Shop project involved bringing the existing 308,404sf site up to current Storm Drainage standards and the construction of a new 4,000sf Tire Shop Building and 12,257sf of new asphalt parking for a Used Car Sales lot. We provided an storm water infiltration system design that economically and effectively solved the storm drainage problems for the site.
